New laws have been passed regulating ANA´s activity and the establishment of airport charges.
Since 4 September 2009, airports included in ANA´s network have been subject to a regime of economic regulation and quality of service, with implications in the setting of charges´structure and respective amounts.

_Decree-Law 216/2009 amends the legal regime for the licensing of the private use of airport public domain assets and the exercise of activities in public airports and aerodromes.
_Implementing Decree 24/2009 defines the charges due for the occupation of land, buildings and other premises or sites, and for the exercise of any activities, in the area of the public airports and aerodromes or for their use or the use of the respective services and equipment.
